HAILEY MILLAR is a Los Angeles–based post-production supervisor, editor, and storyteller with over nine years of experience bringing creative projects to life. Her work spans documentaries, television, podcasts, and digital media, combining a strong editorial instinct with the technical expertise and organization needed to take projects from concept to completion.

A graduate of Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, Hailey began her career in editorial, developing a passion for storytelling and the collaborative process behind it. Over the years, she's expanded into post-production leadership and operations, building a career that bridges the creative and logistical sides of production.

Most recently, Hailey has supported post-production for Netflix's live MLB and NFL programming, coordinating editorial teams, workflows, and deliverables for large-scale productions. Previously, she served as Post-Production Supervisor and Editor for Games With Names and Dudes on Dudes, two sports and entertainment podcasts hosted by Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski. Her experience also includes editing more than 40 episodes of Whitney Cummings' podcast and leading her social media content, as well as editing the PBS docuseries The Class.

Beyond editorial, Hailey has worked extensively in post-production operations, helping teams develop more efficient workflows, streamline collaboration, and navigate the challenges of complex productions. Whether she's overseeing a post-production team, solving problems behind the scenes, or getting hands-on in the edit, she brings the same attention to detail, creative curiosity, and commitment to storytelling.

Her passion for meaningful stories also extends to her own filmmaking. Hailey directed, produced, and edited Aftermath, a documentary exploring the lasting impact of the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting and the resilience of those affected.

When she's not bringing stories to life, Hailey can usually be found spending quality time with her pup, Charles, or watching Law & Order: SVU on repeat.
